This is my personal website. It's deliberately simple: static pages, no accounts, no sign-up, no forms, nothing to buy — and no analytics, cookies, or tracking. This policy explains what that means for you.
Who this is
The site (airahul.com and iamrahulsharma.in) is run by Rahul Sharma. You can reach me any time at rahulsharma2r@gmail.com.
Analytics
None. This site runs no analytics — no Google Analytics, no third-party tracking scripts, no pixels, no fingerprinting. Nothing on the page phones home to a measurement service. I don't know who you are or which pages you read, and that's by design.
Hosting and delivery
The site is static files hosted on Amazon S3 and delivered through Amazon CloudFront (a CDN). Like any web server, the CDN necessarily processes standard request data — such as your IP address and user-agent — in order to deliver pages and protect the service. This is handled by AWS as my infrastructure provider.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies — none for analytics, advertising, tracking, or personalization. The only thing stored in your browser is a small local preference (for example, whether you've turned the cursor glow off). It stays on your device, is never sent anywhere, and isn't a cookie. Clearing your site data removes it.
Third parties
The only third party involved is Amazon Web Services, which hosts and delivers the site (see above). No analytics providers, ad networks, or data brokers receive anything. I don't sell, rent, or share your data with anyone — because I don't collect it.
Your choices
There's nothing to opt out of: the site collects no personal data and sets no cookies. If you have any privacy question, email me at rahulsharma2r@gmail.com.
Children
This site is a professional portfolio and is not directed at children, and I don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here rather than announced, since there's no mailing list.
